This policy explains what information JGL Embroidery (“JGL,” “we,” “us”) handles when you visit this website. We keep it simple: this site is a static brochure site with no accounts, no tracking, and no advertising.

What we do not collect

• No cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers.
• No user accounts or payment information.
• No third-party fonts, scripts, or embedded content that would send your data elsewhere.

The contact form

The form on our home page does not send anything to our server. It builds an email on your device, which you review and send from your own email app. Whatever you include (name, email, project details, attachments) is sent by you directly to [email protected]. We use it only to respond to your request and manage your project.

Server logs

Like all websites, our web server automatically records technical information such as IP address, date and time, pages requested, and browser type. We use this only to keep the site secure and working, and we keep these logs for about 14 days before they are deleted.

Links to other sites

We link to Instagram (@jgl.embroidery) and Google Maps. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply, and we do not control what they collect.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Your information from emails or orders

If you contact us by email, phone, or in person, we keep your messages, artwork, and order details for as long as needed to serve you and keep business records, then delete or archive them. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the site. School orders are placed by school staff or parents.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal or financial details by email.
